By entering the competition hosted on https://missitalydigital.com/enter-competition/, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms, so please read them carefully.

  1. Eligibility
  • General Requirements: Participation is open to female individuals who reside in or around Italy and meet the other eligibility criteria outlined below.
  • Age Requirements: Participants under the age of 18 must obtain explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate. Written proof of parental or guardian consent may be requested at any point during or after the competition.
  • Geographical Limitations: Entrants must be based in Italy or nearby regions. Any submissions from entrants residing outside this geographic area will be automatically disqualified.
  • Proof of Eligibility: Participants must be prepared to provide identification or other proof of eligibility upon request. Failure to provide accurate or sufficient evidence may result in disqualification.
  1. Entry Requirements
  • Submission Content: Entrants are required to submit original images and videos. Only content that is directly relevant to the competition criteria should be submitted. The use of acceptable file types for both images (e.g., JPEG, PNG) and videos (e.g., MP4, MOV) is required.
  • One Profile Per Entrant: Each participant is limited to a single profile under their name. Multiple profiles, alias submissions, or profiles created by unauthorized individuals on behalf of the entrant will not be accepted and may result in disqualification.
  • Review Process: All submissions will undergo a manual review by competition moderators to ensure compliance with the submission guidelines. The review process may take up to [1 week] and will focus on authenticity, relevance, and adherence to the competition guidelines.
  • Prohibited Submissions: Entrants must only submit the required materials and avoid sending any unrelated or offensive content. Any submissions that fail to meet these guidelines may be disqualified without prior notice.

  • Voting by Fee Payers: Winners will be chosen based on votes cast by individuals who have registered as fee-paying voters. Fee payers are individuals who have paid for the opportunity to participate in the voting process and contribute to the selection of the competition winner.
  • Voting Mechanism and Transparency: The voting mechanism will be transparent, with each vote counted objectively. In the event of any technical difficulties or vote tampering, the organizers reserve the right to nullify votes or take corrective actions as deemed necessary.
  • Decision Finality: The decision regarding the winner, as determined by the voting results, is final and binding. No appeals, negotiations, or disputes concerning the winner selection process will be entertained.
  1. Prize Details
  • Prize Amount: The winner of the competition will receive a cash prize of €500, which can be disbursed via bank transfer or PayPal based on the winner’s preference.
  • Prize Distribution: The winner will be required to provide accurate payment details within [30 days] of receiving the prize notification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.
  • Non-Transferable and Non-Exchangeable: The prize is strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services. No alternative prizes, cash equivalents, or substitutions will be offered.

  • Data Usage: All personal data collected from participants, including but not limited to names, contact information, and competition submissions, will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition.
  • No Third-Party Sharing: Personal data will not be shared, sold, or distributed to any third parties under any circumstances, except where legally required.
  • Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect the personal data of all participants. However, participants acknowledge that data transmission over the internet is inherently risky, and no security measures can guarantee complete protection.
  • Retention and Deletion: Personal data will be retained only as long as necessary for the administration of the competition and will be securely deleted thereafter, unless otherwise required by law.
  1. Disqualification
  • Use of Unauthorized Materials: Participants found to be using stolen, plagiarized, or unauthorized images and videos will be immediately disqualified and may face additional penalties, including being banned from future competitions.
  • Other Grounds for Disqualification: Disqualification may also occur for providing false information, attempting to manipulate voting, engaging in disruptive behavior, or violating any other terms outlined herein.
  • Right to Investigate: The organizers reserve the right to investigate any suspicious activity or claims of rule violations. Entrants may be asked to provide supporting evidence to verify their submissions and eligibility.
  1. Intellectual Property and Promotion Rights
  • License to Use Submissions: By submitting images and videos, participants grant Miss Italy Digital a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute their content for promotional purposes on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other online or offline media.
  • Ownership and Attribution: Entrants retain ownership of their submitted content. Where applicable, attribution may be given to the entrant. However, Miss Italy Digital reserves the right to use submissions without credit if deemed necessary.
  • Commercial Use: The competition organizers may use submissions to promote future events or campaigns but will not use them for direct commercial gain without the entrant’s consent.
  1. Modifications and Termination of the Competition
  • Right to Modify: The organizers reserve the right to alter the competition structure, rules, or timelines at any point in response to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or other factors outside their control.
  • Termination Due to Insufficient Votes: If the competition does not receive the required number of votes to fund the prize, it may be terminated. In such cases, a goodwill token, such as an Amazon voucher, may be offered to the participant with the highest number of votes.
  • Notification of Changes: Any modifications, cancellations, or changes to the competition will be communicated to participants via the website and/or email.
  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
  • Jurisdiction: This competition and its terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. By participating, entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
  • Compliance with Local Laws: Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with any laws applicable to them in their own country or region regarding competition participation.
